Instead of taking orders on chemically coated paper, workers can type up the order on the iPad screen for the kitchen to instantly access. As orders are served, they can be deleted from the queue with the simple touch of a screen. Through this new Kitchen Display Technology (KDS by Revel Systems) customers also have the option of getting an emailed receipt instead of a paper version.
